Who we are

What we do

We compare business electricity, gas and water, and we can arrange a new meter, an EPOS system, card payments, payment solutions, or an introduction to business finance. We are an independent intermediary. We are not the energy supplier, the water retailer, the meter operator, or the lender.

The supply, the installation, or the finance facility is a contract between you and the provider you choose. That provider's own terms apply to the product. We explain the option before you decide. We do not promise a particular saving, and a quote depends on the information you give us and on what the provider will offer.

What you agree to

• The details you give us, including usage, meters and sites, are accurate as far as you know.
• You have authority to ask for a quote and, if you accept one, to enter the contract for the business.
• You will read the provider's terms, including the length, the price and any exit terms, before you sign.
• You will tell us if the premises, the meter or the way you trade changes in a way that affects the contract.

What you pay us

There is no fee from us for the comparison. We are paid a commission by the supplier or provider you choose. That commission is not added on top of the price you are quoted. Where a finance provider is introduced, that provider quotes the facility. We do not lend the money.

This website

The pages are general information for UK businesses. They are not a personal recommendation until we have looked at your premises. We take care to keep the site accurate, and we correct it when we know it is wrong. A figure on a page is not itself an offer.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any duty the law does not allow us to limit. We are not liable for loss caused by information that was incomplete or wrong when you gave it to us, or for a decision a supplier or provider makes about credit, eligibility or price. Any other liability arising from the comparison or this website is limited to the commission we received for the contract the claim relates to, or to £100 if no commission was received.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales decide any dispute about them. If you are a business with a right to use a particular court, that right is not taken away.
